Roman Ziemian is a name that is quickly becoming synonymous with Ferrari racing. As a Ferrari Challenge driver, Ziemian has had an impressive debut year in 2020, competing in three seasons and racking up 229 points overall. Although he has yet to secure a title, Ziemian’s performances have been nothing short of remarkable.
Ziemian, a Polish driver, started his Ferrari Challenge career in 2020, quickly making a name for himself as one of the series’ most exciting drivers. In his debut race at the Autodromo di Imola in 2020, he finished 5th in Race 1, marking his first top 10 finish. From there, Ziemian continued to improve, demonstrating his talent behind the wheel of a Ferrari 488 Challenge EVO and Corso Pilota.
Throughout his career, Ziemian has contested 44 races, achieving a 6.94 average points score. While he has yet to secure a title, Ziemian’s best season came in 2022, where he competed in the Coppa Shell Europe, scoring a total of 128 points. This was a standout year for the Polish driver, as he secured 11 podium finishes, with an impressive win percentage of 22.73%.
His performances have been consistently impressive, with a staggering 81.82% of his races finishing within the top ten. He has also secured 36.36% of his races as podium finishes, with only 4.55% of his races outside of the top ten.
Unfortunately, retirements have plagued Ziemian, accounting for 13.64% of his races. Ziemian’s success has not gone unnoticed, with Ferrari recognizing his talent and giving him several opportunities to demonstrate his skills.
The ceremony was attended by distinguished guests from the world of culture, art, business, and politics – members of parliament and diplomacy, representatives of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, and the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland.
Until its premiere, the PHOENIX album received a 5-star review in The Times and Pizzicato and was also the album of the week in Classic.fm. Extensive interviews about the album were broadcast on BBC 3, CBC / Radio-Canada, and Polish Radio.
